At WebbysDesignCo, every creation is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. We take great pride in the quality of our handmade products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.

Returns

Eligibility:

You may return any unused and unopened non-custom items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that custom-made or personalised products (including but not limited to custom tumblers, snow globe cups, apparel, keychains, and accessories) cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made to order.

Condition:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at shantarawebb@gmail.com with your order number and details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your card provider, as posting times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (excluding damage caused during transit).

If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact shantarawebb@gmail.com and we’ll guide you through the process.

Items Damaged During Transit
Once your order has left our hands and is in the care of Australia Post, any damage or loss during transit becomes their responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged, please lodge a claim directly with Australia Post.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for items damaged in transit.
Consumer Guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you believe a product purchased from us is damaged, faulty, unsafe, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time after purchase.

If a minor issue occurs, we may repair or replace the product. If the product has a major failure, you may choose between a replacement, refund, or store credit.

  • Items damaged from misuse, wear and tear, or improper care are not considered faulty.
  • If an item is replaced, the new item becomes your property, and the returned product becomes ours.

WebbysDesignCo Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or product launch periods.

Domestic Shipping (Australia-Wide

WebbysDesignCo currently ships Australia-wide only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total order weight and your delivery location.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post (Standard or Express options available at checkout).

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but are generally:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, we are not responsible for any delays caused by postal or courier services.
Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your order directly through the Australia Post tracking portal at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

If you do not receive your tracking email or have any issues checking your order status, please contact us at webbysdesignco@outlook.com.au and we’ll look into it for you.
Damaged, Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post, it becomes their responsibility.

WebbysDesignCo is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they are in transit.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please lodge an enquiry directly with Australia Post for resolution.
Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

WebbysDesignCo is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend it.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
